Each year a small group of sixteen-year-old boys and girls are invited to return as Leadership Trainees, acting as apprentices to help lead activities and trips. Learning the skills of activity instructors, trip leaders, and cabin counselors, Leadership Trainees often use their experience to become camp staff members after their first year of college.
